Coral Gables Community Foundation Garcia Perseverance Scholarship

On behalf of The Garcia Family, the Coral Gables Community Foundation is pleased to send along the application for the Garcia Perseverance Scholarship for your students.  Please forward the application here: http://gablesfoundation.org/giving/scholarships/the-garcia-perseverance-scholarship-fund/ to any students you have who meet the following criteria:

Intend to study full time at a state school in Florida

Have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

Have experienced and overcome a hardship in his/her life

The application deadline is Monday, March 27^th at 5pm. Please have the students email their submissions to me at mary@gablesfoundation.org.  The value of the 4-year Scholarship is $4,000 over the course of 4 years.  Thank you for your assistance in passing along this information to your students.
